Computer & Smartphone Forensics for Any Case
Increasingly, it is essential that you preserve computer and cell phone data once you are aware of likely litigation. Our computer and smartphone forensics follow best practices to ensure proper preservation for later use at trial. We take two forensically identical images of computers or cell phones. One is an “Evidence Drive” for trial preservation. The other is a “Review Drive” for active legal review.
We rely on a wide variety of technological tools and procedures. This is essential in order to ensure that our smartphone forensics keeps pace with the constantly evolving updates and changes to smartphone operating systems, data storage, and services.

Remote Collection of Your Digital Evidence
We have developed “remote collection” capabilities that involve us sending encrypted hard drives by secure delivery services anywhere in the United States. The hard drives contain our computer and smartphone forensic software and allow us to collect data from computers and cell phones. When you return the hard drive to us, we prepare detailed data reports for the attorneys and provide files and data for the lawyers to review.
Smartphone Forensics to Recover Deleted or Damaged Data
Commonly, people mistakenly believe that once they’ve deleted a photo, text, or email that it can’t be viewed again. Unfortunately for some, that is rarely true. Our computer and smartphone forensics frequently recover data that a user deleted either inadvertently or intentionally.
Similarly, our computer and mobile forensics also recover data from physically damaged phones. While not all damage is repairable, we’ve seen a number of damaged phones and successfully collected evidence.
